| Gustavo Branco Germano é doutorando em Processos de Criação Musical pela Escola de Comunicações e Artes da Universidade de São Paulo (ECA-USP), Mestre (2020) e Licenciado (2017) em Música pela mesma instituição. Seu projeto de pesquisa atual investiga as relações entre arte e documentação em trabalhos brasileiros de gravações de campo. Durante o mestrado, realizou estágio de pesquisa (BEPE-FAPESP) na City University of New York, supervisionado pelo Prof. Dr. David Grubbs. É integrante do NuSom - Núcleo de Pesquisas em Sonologia da Universidade de São Paulo e do LAURA - Lugar de Pesquisas em Auralidade. | Gustavo Branco Germano is a PhD student at the School of Communications and Arts, University of São Paulo (ECA-USP) and holds an MA in Music (2020) and a Bachelor in Music Education (2017) from the same institution. His current research project focuses on the relationships between art and documentation in Brazilian field recordings. During his Master's degree, he did a research internship (BEPE-FAPESP) at the City University of New York, working with Prof. Dr. David Grubbs. He is a member of NuSom – Research Center on Sonology and of LAURA - Place for Research on Aurality. |
